1. SCOPE
These Delivery and Return Terms cover the following products and services offered by SAHA Expo Fuarcılık Hizmetleri A.Ş.:
- E-Ticket: Fair visitor entrance tickets
- Equipment Rental/Sales: Stand furniture, equipment, technical hardware
- Services: Electricity, internet, forklift, hostess, technical support and similar fair services
2. E-TICKET DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS
2.1. Delivery
Purchased e-tickets are sent to the registered email address within 24 hours after payment confirmation. E-tickets can be used at the fair entrance by printing or showing the QR code from a mobile device.
2.2. Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15/1-g of the Distance Contracts Regulation; the right of withdrawal cannot be used for entertainment and leisure services that must be performed on a specific date.
Since SAHA 2026 Exhibition is an event taking place on specific dates (May 5-9, 2026), there is no right of return or withdrawal for purchased tickets.
3. EQUIPMENT RENTAL/SALES DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS
3.1. Delivery
Rented or purchased equipment (stand furniture, equipment, technical hardware) is delivered to the stand area specified in the order form during the fair setup period. Delivery date and time are determined according to the fair setup schedule and notified to the buyer in advance.
3.2. Receipt and Inspection
The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered equipment at the time of delivery. Deficiencies or damages detected during delivery are recorded in a report. Equipment received without a report is deemed complete and undamaged.
3.3. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
According to Article 15/1-g of the Distance Contracts Regulation; there is no right of withdrawal for equipment orders related to services to be performed on a specific date.
Cancellation requests:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the fair: 70% of the paid amount is refunded.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before the fair: 50% of the paid amount is refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the fair: No refund.
3.4. Return of Rented Equipment
Rented equipment is returned in accordance with the dismantling schedule at the end of the fair. For damages or losses detected in returned equipment:
- In case of damage: Repair cost or full market value is charged to the buyer.
- In case of loss: Full market value of the equipment is charged to the buyer.
4. SERVICE DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS
4.1. Service Scope
This includes electricity connection, internet service, forklift/crane service, hostess/interpreter service, technical support and similar fair services.
4.2. Service Delivery
Ordered services are provided from the fair setup period until the end of the fair under the conditions specified in the order form. Service start and end times are determined according to the fair program.
4.3. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
According to Article 15/1-g of the Distance Contracts Regulation; there is no right of withdrawal for services to be performed on a specific date.
Service cancellation requests:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the fair: 70% of the paid amount is refunded.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before the fair: 50% of the paid amount is refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the fair: No refund.
4.4. Service Interruption
In case of service interruption due to reasons beyond SAHA Expo's control (power outage, infrastructure failure, force majeure, etc.), a refund proportional to the interruption period may be considered. This evaluation is at SAHA Expo's discretion.
5. PAYMENT SECURITY
All payments are secured with SSL/TLS encryption. Your credit card information is not stored in our system and transactions are processed with 3D Secure security protocol.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
In case of natural disasters, epidemics, state of war, terrorism, government decisions and similar force majeure events:
- If the fair is completely cancelled: All payments are refunded within 30 business days after deducting incurred expenses.
- If the fair is postponed: All purchased products and services remain valid for the new date. If the new date is not suitable, the remaining amount is refunded after deducting fair expenses.
7. COMMERCIAL BUYERS
Buyers acting for commercial or professional purposes (exhibitor companies, suppliers, etc.) are not considered consumers under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. Turkish Code of Obligations and Turkish Commercial Code provisions apply to relationships with these buyers.

For transactions made as a consumer, if a resolution cannot be reached, you have the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. For commercial transactions, Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction.
