SİSTEM Aluminum is a fully integrated aluminum manufacturer operating on a 330,000 m² land area with more than 1,200 employees, specializing in aluminum billet casting, extrusion, architectural façade systems, and aluminum forging. Founded in 1994, SİSTEM exports aluminum solutions to more than 70 countries across four continents.

The company’s forging division plays an important role in supplying high-strength aluminum components for the defense, firearms systems, aerospace, automotive, and general industry sectors. Using hot forging technology, SİSTEM Aluminum produces machined or unmachined forged semi-finished parts (forging blanks) for military and civilian platforms. Within this scope, forged parts for air vehicles such as aircraft, helicopters, and UAVs, as well as upper and lower receivers, pistol frames, and feed heads for firearms systems, are produced. In addition, components such as buffer tubes, handguards, and charging handles can be manufactured from extruded profiles either as machined parts or semi-finished products.

With multiple forging presses with capacities up to 4,000 tons, SİSTEM Aluminum is capable of producing forgings from 2XXX, 5XXX, 6XXX, and 7XXX series aluminum alloys. The fully integrated production facility includes tool and die design and manufacturing, CAD/CAM engineering, CNC machining, sandblasting, painting, anodizing, and hard anodizing as advanced surface finishing processes. Operating under EN 9100 and IATF 16949 quality systems, SİSTEM is a reliable and long-term supplier to global defense, aerospace, automotive, and industrial OEM, Tier-1, and Tier-2 manufacturers.
