ÜNİMETAL

Ünimetal Precision Casting was established in 2000 to produce with the wax melting method and is a leader in product development, quality, production ability and capacity. It offers finished products to its customers by organizing mold design and production, casting, machining, heat treatment, surface protection and assembly processes within its own structure. It serves domestic and international leading companies in the Defense, Aviation, Automotive, Rail Systems, Energy, Medical, Electronics and General Machinery sectors with its castings made of aluminium, steel, stainless steel, copper-based and special alloys. Ünimetal produces parts in the weight range of 1gr-105 kg steel and 10gr-50 kg in its facility with a melting capacity of 175 tons / month of steel and 35 tons / month of aluminum. Its state-of-the-art 3D Rapid Prototyping system eliminates the need for molds, providing its customers with design freedom and extremely fast supply of finished parts for low quantity demands. Since all metallurgical and mechanical tests are carried out in its own laboratories, results are obtained quickly, and thus problem solving, cost and time control stand out as the key capabilities that Ünimetal offers to its customers. The Ünimetal team, which ensures permanent and sustainable development, adds value, has a high commitment to the institution and is motivated for success, consists of a total of 170 people, 24 of whom are engineers. Ünimetal has AS 9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management System. It has NADCAP-Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) certifications. Ünimetal is Turkey's first EICF (European Precision Foundry Federation) member.
