MERSİN TARSUS OSB

Mersin Organized Industrial Zone; established in 1993 on an initial area of 380 hectares with 35 companies, our zone currently spans 823.5 hectares across 3 (three) different regions as of 2024, representing the 4th phase. Infrastructure works for the region are scheduled to begin in early 2024, with the completion of both infrastructure and superstructure works planned for the first quarter of 2025.  The 5th region, determined simultaneously with the 4th  region. The site selection process for the 260-hectare area for the region is ongoing.  In the Mixed Industrial Zone, activities are carried out in 14 different sectors, primarily steel construction, food, plastic, machinery, wood (furniture), chemistry, and glass. Our additional area investments include MERSİNOSB 2. Section, completed in 2010, and MERSİNOSB 3. The section became a reality in 2021, reaching a total area of 756 hectares, having initially been established on 380 hectares. Over the past 10 years, an additional 376 hectares have been incorporated into the Mersin Organized Industrial Zone.  Infrastructure works
