DÖVTAŞ Aluminum Design Consulting was established in 2017 in Maltepe, Istanbul, to provide design consulting services for aluminum and its alloys.

To meet customer needs in product and mold design, mold machining and assembly, commissioning, and the forming, strengthening, and surface treatment of aluminum alloys, the company has continued its production activities in Tuzla, Istanbul, since 2020.

The company has a production capacity for aluminum forged parts ranging from 0.1 kg to 5 kg. It is capable of producing and heat-treating 6000 series aluminum for the automotive industry, as well as 2000 and 7000 series aluminum for the defense industry. Upon request, production can also be carried out using custom aluminum alloys specified by the customer.
