Created with the merger of Forum Oilfield Technologies, Triton Group, Global Flow Technologies, Allied Technologies and Subsea Services International, Forum Energy Technologies is a global oilfield products company, serving the drilling, subsea, completions, production and infrastructure sectors of the oil and gas industry. FET operates in two reporting segments: Drilling & Completions, and Artificial Lift & Downhole.

The Drilling and Completions segment designs, manufactures and supplies products and solutions to the drilling, subsea, coiled tubing, well stimulation and intervention markets, including applications in oil and natural gas, renewable energy, defence and communications. The Artificial Lift and Downhole segment designs, manufactures and supplies products and solutions for the artificial lift, production and infrastructure markets.
